Education and academic experience


Cheng Yang received his PhD in supramolecular chemistry from Nagasaki University in 2004, working with Prof. Kahee Fujita and Prof. Deqi Yuan. After postdoctoral work with Prof. Yoshihisa Inoue in the Entropy Control Project of JST, he became an Assistant Professor at Osaka University in 2007. He has been a PRESTO researcher during 2008–2012. Since September 2012, he has been a Professor of College of Chemistry, Sichuan University, China.
